• What exercise equipment do I need?

In all of our programs, you need a minimal amount of equipment. We recommend having as much of the following as possible: mat, yoga ball, dowel (or broomstick) and a small selection of light to medium dumbbells and/or kettlebells.

  • How long do workouts take?

This varies from program to program. Workouts within Fitness Foundations average about 30 minutes of low to medium intensity - in Strength 101, they start around 20 minutes and work up to 75 minutes by the 12th week.

  • Who are these programs for?

These programs really are for everyone. We do however, cater more specifically to those who don't just want to be shown WHAT exercises to do, but HOW and WHY to do them. Think of it like having a personal trainer.

  • How quickly do I need to finish each program?

"The First Five" should be done at your own pace but we recommend completing 3 episodes per week in "Fitness Foundations" and "Strength 101." There's nothing wrong with going a little slower if you need - this is just our recommended guideline.

  • Where can I get exercise equipment?

We don't sell any, nor do we have affiliations with any supply companies. We do however recommend checking online for exercise equipment supply stores near you.

  • Can I do the programs more than once?

Absolutely! These programs are designed to be scaled up or down, depending on your fitness and experience level. In each unique workout video, we give you options for increasing or decreasing the weight or difficulty to meet you where you're at.

  • How long does my membership last?

Memberships are good for an entire year! That means that you could complete each course up to 4 times with a single membership.

  • Can I share my membership?

Technically, yes. But we ask that you don't. That's because we give a large portion of our profits to support organizations that aid in the fight against human trafficking.
