OUR 14 Week GUARANTEE

At Aftermath Fitness, we stand behind the ability of our programs to get you results when you spend the time following along and implementing what you learn.

As a member, when you enroll in any one of our Fit14 Training programs, you get our “14 Week Guarantee.” To put it simply: The guarantee states that if you enroll in the Fit14 Training program, watch and follow along with all of the videos, do all of the workouts in proper time, follow the coaching and nutritional guidelines, and still don’t see results by the end of the program, we will provide a full refund.

Here’s what you need to do to be eligible for the guarantee:

  1. Complete at least 3 videos per week, study the nutritional guidelines, attend at least 70% of the coaching calls and webinars and implement what you learn (e.g. exercise regularly, eat clean and follow the coaching tips in the program) - There is no way around the work. You have to build a habit of taking action every week with what you learn in this program in order to be successful. You might miss a couple of days here or there, but if you only put in spotty amounts of work, you won’t see the results and won’t be eligible for the guarantee.
  2. Complete the course in its entirety - When you ask for a refund, we are also going to make sure that you have completed the program and have been following the nutritional guidelines. (As a general rule, it should take you at least 14 weeks to go through the entire program, no more than 16 weeks.) If you haven’t completed the program or made positive changes to your daily habits or nutrition, you won’t be eligible for the guarantee.
  3. Email us within the first 14 weeks - If, after completing the program and working out at least 3 days each week, attending the live trainings and implementing the lessons you learned, you still don’t see improved results or find this program valuable, email us within the first 14 weeks from the date of purchase and we will immediately provide a full refund.

Here’s how our guarantee DOES NOT apply:

  1. You enroll, don't complete the program, and email us within 14 weeks asking for a refund.
  2. You enroll, do none of the workouts, and email us asking for a refund.
  3. You enroll, watch some of the videos, decide it is too hard, and quit.

Payment Cancellation Policy

The Purchaser who enrolls may not cancel or ask for a refund of the payment under any circumstances outside the “Our 14 Week Guarantee” period. Upon enrollment, The Purchaser will be responsible for the balance of sale owing and must pay in full all further installments as originally agreed and on time. Should The Purchaser fail to make any payment as and when due, we reserve all our rights against The Purchaser for failure to make installment payments on time, including, but not limited to, mandating a collection agency or attorney to obtain payment from Purchaser, which may adversely affect The Purchaser’s credit rating. For any bounced, ineligible, failed or otherwise unsuccessful payment for the sale of a Fit14 Training program, The Purchaser is not eligible for the “Our 14 Week Guarantee.”

Course Swapping / Exchange

All program purchases are final. The Purchaser may exchange one program for another of equal or lesser value but only if there is another program available at the time of the exchange request. Any swaps or exchanges must fall within the parameters as listed in “Our 14 Week Guarantee." Under all circumstances The Purchaser must comply with the refund conditions as stated in “Our 14 Week Guarantee."
